Fire Inspection Guidelines for Businesses

Existing Businesses

All businesses in Kaysville are inspected on an annual schedule. Businesses are visited at random during the month the inspection is due. A signed copy of the report will be provided to your business following the inspection and will include violation information if any exists. Violations must be corrected within 30 days and reported to the Fire Department to avoid suspension of your business license. For more information contact the Kaysville Fire Department at 801-544-2860.

New Businesses

All new businesses are required to have a safety and fire inspection to obtain a business license. Your business registration will need to be completed with the city and all fees paid before an inspection will be scheduled. Call the Kaysville Fire Department at 801-544-2860 to schedule a new business inspection.
