   KAYSVILLE FIRE DEPARTMENT RIDE ALONG POLICY

   The Kaysville City Fire Department (KFD) Ride Along program is designed to provide an opportunity for students and members of the medical community, to observe the dynamic field of firefighting and Emergency Medical Services (EMS). This service is provided as a privilege at the discretion of the Fire Chief or their designee and may be revoked at any time and for any reason.

   REQUESTING A RIDE ALONG

   All Requests need to be submitted at least two weeks prior to the requested date with a completed application. Send the completed application via email to FireDepartment@kaysville.gov or through this form.
