Privacy Policy

The privacy and security of our program participants and their family/guardians is very important to us. This privacy policy describes how we collect, protect and use information we receive from website visitors. This website is maintained and operated by Kaysville Parks and Recreation.

What Information We Collect & How We Use it

To participate in any of the programs offered on the site you will need to register. If the participant is a child, a parent or guardian will need to register them. To register you will need to provide personal information such as name, address, contact information and specific criteria (e.g., age or gender) that is established for each program. You will also be asked to provide release of information and payment information such as credit card numbers. Contact information is used for notification purposes (e.g., to confirm program registration) or when necessary for customer service. Payment information is used only to bill you for programs, products and services that you specifically request.

Refund Policy

In order to receive a refund a request form must be completed online. Once the request is approved a check will be sent via mail to the participant from Kaysville City, or your credit card may be refunded or we will post a credit to your account. We will not give cash back directly to the participant/customer. Kaysville City will withhold a $10 processing fee from all check and/or credit card refund requests for administrative costs.

Please Note: Refunds will not be allowed after scheduled activity or reservation has begun, regardless of non-attendance.

Draft Policy

Requests will not be honored in regard to draft aged youth. Siblings will automatically be drafted together. All drafted teams will remain final. Trading is not allowed after the coaches leave the draft room. Parents are not allowed to change their child’s teams once drafted. Players who are registered but not present at the draft will not be eligible as a “pick,” they will be assigned to teams in draft order. Late registrations will be assigned to teams in draft order.

Team Switching

Kaysville Parks and Recreation has a firm policy that team switching is not allowed under any circumstances. Please read by-laws regarding team composition.
