Fireworks stands have opened, but remember that fireworks are only allowed in non-high fire hazard areas and on the following dates and times in July:
- July 2 between 11 AM to 11 PM
- July 3 between 11 AM to 11 PM
- July 4 between 11 AM to MIDNIGHT
- July 5 between 11 AM to 11 PM
- July 22 between 11 AM to 11 PM
- July 23 between 11 AM to 11 PM
- July 24 between 11 AM to MIDNIGHT
- July 25 between 11 AM to 11 PM
If you live within an area designated as a high fire hazard, you will need to find a public park where fireworks are allowed to be discharged. you can view the high fire hazard area map by going here: https://www.kaysville.gov/325/Fireworks;
Never call 911 to report the illegal use of fireworks. Fireworks complaints should be reported to Davis County’s Dispatch non-emergent line at 801-451-4150.
