Kaysville City has partnered with CivicPlus® to implement a CivicClerk® agenda and meeting management solution, which will help us streamline the automation of our agenda and meeting minutes management processes and enable convenient access by citizens to public records.
With Kaysville City’s use of CivicClerk, citizens will benefit from such conveniences as the ability to download PDFs of agendas, meeting minutes, agenda packets, and other documents, and a dedicated citizen portal with email subscription capabilities. It will also allow the public to view or listen to meetings directly from the website.
If you have previously subscribed through the city’s website to receive notifications of posted agendas and notices, unfortunately you will need to resubscribe. In order to do so, you will need to visit https://www.kaysville.gov/129/Agendas-Minutes, and click on the “Subscriptions” button on the right. From here it will ask you to create an account. After you have created a new account and signed in, you will be given the options of which notices you would like to receive notifications for.
