This Unsung Hero has gone above and beyond the call of duty. This is a special person who has done extra special things for our community. Those in need, or for someone unable to do things for themselves, in relation to life saving, health and welfare, community involvement and betterment. This special person has done the good works without receiving pay or expecting praise or recognition.
1. The recipient should be a person or group in Kaysville who has worked in the community without recognition.
2. The recipient should be selected for community contribution.
3. The recipient should be someone who has not been honored by an organization.
4. The recipient should not be someone running for public office or representing a political party.
5. The recipient should be generally unknown to the majority of the community.
