New this year, the City will not be placing signs on the parade route indicating chair, canopy, and blanket placement times.
Individuals will be responsible for their own belongings and should be courteous to the individual property owners.
Items can be removed by the property owner if they deem necessary.
No tarps or stakes are permitted.
