Vendor Menu - please provide a comprehensive description of products, including pricing. Vendors may not add menu items without approval prior to event. Vendors may not give away product-food or otherwise from their booth.

July 3rd Movie in the Park - 7pm to 11pm
July 4th Fireworks Show - 5pm to 11pm
Access to power is available for food vendors as needed, but is limited to (2) 110v outlets per vendor and will be subject to a $75 fee due upon acceptance. Vendors may bring their own generator, provided it does not interfere with operation of other vendors or create a noise disturbance. Vendors are required to provide their own extension cords and must be secured in place to avoid tripping hazards.

Booth Fees: Upon acceptance of application, vendor will be sent an email with payment instructions. This section is for planning and informational purposes only. Please check the appropriate box. Your preference does not guarantee you will receive that space upon acceptance of application. We will do our best to accommodate all vendor needs.

By checking this box you agree to the following: Kaysville City requires proof of liability insurance from all vendors. Vendor will provide such proof upon final selection and admission.
Due to space limitations we are only able to accept 10-12 vendors, therefore we will have a selection process between April 15 and May 1 based on space requirements and types of products sold. Previous participation does not guarantee inclusion in the event, but can work in your advantage. Late submissions will only be considered if all spots have not already been filled..
